HitsGuru delivers digital traffic services. Unlike physical goods, digital services are consumed instantly upon delivery and cannot be "returned." Please read this policy carefully before making any deposits.
HitsGuru is a digital advertising and traffic delivery platform. All services provided are:
Because our service is purely digital and traffic delivery begins immediately upon campaign activation, our refund policy is more limited than those of physical goods retailers.

If you have submitted a deposit request but it has not yet been approved by our admin team, you may request cancellation by:
We will cancel the request and no funds will be credited to your account. Any payment you sent externally must be reversed according to your payment provider's procedures.
Once a deposit has been approved and credited to your account balance, it is considered consumed into our system. Refund requests for approved deposits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of HitsGuru management.
You may pause or stop any active campaign at any time from your dashboard. When you stop a campaign:
There are no cancellation fees for stopping campaigns.
Important: HitsGuru does not guarantee any specific conversion rate, sales, or business results from traffic delivery. Requesting a refund solely because traffic did not convert is not a valid reason, as traffic delivery itself is the service provided.
As HitsGuru provides exclusively digital services, there are no physical goods involved and therefore no return policy applies in the traditional sense. "Returning" a service is not possible once traffic has been delivered.
If you believe you received significantly less traffic than what was charged for a campaign, please open a support ticket with your campaign details and we will investigate and credit any shortfall to your account balance.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The method of refund will depend on your original payment method and will be coordinated through our admin team.
HitsGuru does not process refunds to credit cards, PayPal, or bank accounts automatically. All refunds are processed manually by our team and coordinated with the advertiser directly.
